The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Sizing for Quick Release Buckle & Tag Collars
Please use the chart below for guidance. Also, sometimes it is better to size up if your pup’s neck size measures towards the end of the sizing range. (For example, if your pup’s neck size is 19”, we recommend sizing up to a Large instead of a Medium.)
X-Small (5/8 or 3/4" wide recommended): fits necks 7”-10”
Small (5/8 or 3/4" wide recommended): fits necks 10”-15”
Medium (3/4” or 1" wide recommended): fits necks 12”-19”
Large (1”, 1.5" or 2" wide recommended): fits necks 15”- 24”
X-Large (1” or 1.5" wide recommended): fits necks 17”-29”
2X-Large (1.5” wide recommended): fits necks 22”-37”
Sizing for Martingale Collars
Please use the chart below for guidance. Also, sometimes it is better to size up if your pup’s neck size measures towards the end of the sizing range. (For example, if your pup’s neck size is 20”, we recommend sizing up to a Large instead of a Medium.)
Small: (3/4” or 1" wide recommended): fits necks 10-15” (perfect for Whippets)
Medium (3/4”, 1", 1.5” wide recommended):: fits necks 15-20” (perfect for greyhounds)
Large (1", 1.5” wide recommended): fits necks 20-25”
Extra Large (1.5" or 2” wide recommended): fits necks 25-30”

Care instructions
Hand wash with mild detergent with cold water. Lay the collar flat to dry.
My dog is a heavy puller, are your collars ok for my dog?
If your pup is a heavy puller, we recommend using a harness for walks. Unfortunately, no collar is indestructible and fabric collars are not meant for dogs who are heavy pullers, nor for unsupervised use (in kennels, on tie outs, etc.).
Upon purchase/receipt, Cluaran Design collars and accessories become full responsibility of the customer, where they are in control of determining the suitability for their pet. Please regularly check the collar for wear and tear, and replace as needed.
Gift wrapping and packaging
We would be more than happy to wrap your order if it is a gift. Please let us know what the occasion is in the Note to Seller.
